Shipping & Returns
NO returns, due to hygienic reasons and COVID 19 concerns.
DISCLAIMER: We ship orders as received and will email your tracking number. We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete address information, please take your time filling out all address fields accordingly. If your package is mis-delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address given, we are not responsible. Please contact USPS at 1-800-344-7779. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. A $10.00 fee will be charged to you to re-ship your package due to incorrect address information provided to us on your behalf.
Currently we ship anywhere in the US. We offer free shipping on all products throughout the United States. Shipping is now available for Canada, UK, and we are working on additional countries as well. We offer First Class shipping throughout the US. We ship Monday through Friday.
ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID 19.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase (after normal processing times).
WE ONLY SHIP MON- FRI. DAYS ARE COUNTED AS BUSINESS DAYS. MONDAY-FRIDAY.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Average shipping time is about 3-14 BUSINESS days for classic styles and 7-21 BUSINESS days for custom designs . Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.
We practice sanitation when handling products but due to covid 19, it’s recommended to wash items before use!
How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 6 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for manufacturing or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but once custom products are submitted to our staff, sale is final.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 1 day from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Monsoon reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Clothes and underwear/shape-wear are final sale for hygienic reasons.
